BTKD Elite Self Defence Programme

Our 2010 Elite Self Defence Programme with our chief instructor Dorian Bytom is a series of seminars designed to increase your knowledge of Mixed Martial Arts principles to enhance your knowledge and enable you to become super street wise. We will cover locks, holds, take downs and floor work. Please note: there will be contact in all sessions.
